Fit + design options
The Flirt Skirt includes two different yoke shapes and three different skirt options, giving you plenty of choice depending on the look you want to create.
The included skirt pattern pieces are drafted at mini length, with instructions provided to lengthen your skirt to midi.
For Views C and D, the skirt pieces are simple rectangles, so dimensions are provided in the instructions rather than printable pattern pieces.
For some views and sizes, the most fabric-efficient cutting layout places the yoke or waistband on the cross grain. If you prefer to cut these pieces on the straight grain, you may require approximately 60 cm additional fabric.

- Other lightweight through heavyweight fabrics
Lighter fabrics can be interfaced through the yoke if you want more structure. If using a heavy knit with a little stretch, you may prefer a closer fit through the waist.
You can also mix fabrics between the yoke and skirt for a completely different look.
